***WARNING*** DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!. My wife and I thought we were hiring a professional to have some pool work done. INSTEAD, we got Jeff Self Pools and Spas. We needed a new pool liner and coping. We did get a new pool liner, but it was the wrong size. Instead of getting a professional installation of coping for our pool, Jeff cut of the old coping, thus breaking our liner track. He then put Quick-crete, YES, Quick-crete around our pool and called it coping. From day one, his,"coping" has cracked, fallen off, and we have scilicone in the liner track they broke, attempting to hold the liner in place. Its NOT working. Jeff came to our house about 7 or 8 times trying to repair his quick-crete job. All he did was slap more quick-crete on and left. His last visit to "FIX" the job he said he has gone above and beyond the contract, which stated 3 visits to my house. If the job was done right the first time, sure. But instead, My wife and I now need a new pool liner, liner track, coping, AND have to pay for labor all over again. We paid Jeff Self Pools and Spas almost 4,500 and its going to cost us 8,000 to repair what this company has done to our pool. He refuses to do anything about this, infact, they wont even return our calls. 7 on your side tried to help by contacting Jeff, and Jeffs attorney, Shawn Keys. They both refused to do anything about this. So Jason Pederson and the 7 on your side team came to my house and aired my story. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

***WARNING*** DO NOT USEW THIS BUSINESS!!!. We needed a new filter for our pool, so they had us sign a contract for $700 to install one. They were very nice until we disagreed with them. Jeff came and installed it, but it couldn't be turned on before he left due to the water level. 30 minutes later, I tried to get it started and water would not filter through it and then all the sudden, water exploded in my face and all over me.Still no water filtering. I called and told them, and he said he would come back out. He did, and said he had figured it out on the way out to my house, and he just needed to flip a switch. He did, and he left. A couple of days later, I got a bill for another $95. 85 for service call and 10 for gas. I called and complained, that it was 30 minutes after they had installed, and they were supposed to make sure it was working. They said it had nothing to do with what they had done, but agreed to take the 95 off. A month later, they charged my debit card another 95 plus a late fee of like $40 or 45 because I failed to pay my bill!!!! I called them and told them they had agreed to take it off a month ago, and that is why we didn't pay it. She( the owner) agreed to take some of it off but not all. I had a problem with that, and felt like the intire 95 should be removed. She became hostile and said we were wanting something for nothing! and hung up on me. I called her back and asked her to please not hang up on me, and she did it again. My husband then called her, and he got the same treatment. He told her he would call the Better Business Bureau and she said go ahead, you arn't the first mean person that has tried to put us out of business!! and then she hung up on him too. Very unprofessional. I might add we were both calm and professional when we talked to her and SHE did not.Do not use this company, and if you make the mistake of using them, for heaven sakes, do not give them a credit card number or debit or anything. They will just use it, with out even informing you. We didn't even know the additional 95 had been billed until we got our bank statement.

BEWARE OF CONTRACT ISSUES / DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. We had Jeff look at our pool floor, he agreed to repair one spot in pool floor. To do the work, he required a credit card. DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM!!!!!! He fixed the original hole, but now my liner has THREE clothespins and a piece of plastic (to secure liner to pool wall) under the liner, plus an additional hole in the pool floor. Oh, and my liner also tore when he was using the vaccum to remove wrinkles.

So by having my credit card, he was able to charge his services even though my pool is in worse shape than it was before he ever touched the first hole.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
