very rude people at this business, selfish minded people that cannot do very good body work on cars or trucks. drunks aswell. don't use this place nor steves towing in Conway. jim smiths is good people

Auto body and Towing. These are the finest people I have ever met. I had a bad wreck with my car. I thought it would never be the same again. They fixed it better than it was. They worked with my insurance company. I was kept informed every step of the way. If I every break down I will call them for towing too. In my opinion they are the best auto body / collision repair / towing / place in Conway and that I have ever dealt with in my life.

p.s I decided to use them off a review some lady posted where she said "i wish there were more people in the world like them." lady if you ever read this - I agree!

Collision Repair. They saved me $100 off my repair! The work was flawless. My car never looked better. They buffed and waxed it for me. I would never use any place but Pro Auto. They really know what they are doing.

Body Shop / Towing. Service! Service! Service! I cannot tell you enough about how great these people are. They are family owned and you can tell. Such a good envelopment especially since you are stressed cause you just wrecked your car. I was even recommended to another place from my insurance company and still chose to come here because they are just the best!

Pro Auto Body Shop and Towing. Man, I would not take my car anywhere but here! They are Friendly! Knowledgeable! and Professional! They towed my car in, gave me $100 back on my deductible, got me in right away (the other place I called said it would take a week to get started) and gave me money back. You would be crazy to try any other place. They also put custom paint on my hood for only an extra $50! It looks Bad A!

Modern Day Horse Thieves. Pro Auto is the biggest rip off in Conway. Their managers are incredibly rude. One even called me an a**hole. To which I responded in kind. Don't expect a bit of customer service from these con artists. The fat ginger lady at the front desk popped an attitude from the moment I walked in. She refused to answer simple questions and obviously had no concerns other than getting paid. If at all possible, stay away from these wretched, miserable scum of the earth.

Pro Auto Collision and Towing. Pro Auto is the best place in Conway Arkansas for collision repair, body work, and towing! They have a friendly knowledgeable staff that helped me through the entire repair process. The work was flawless! I can't believe my car looks so good. They came and towed it from my house, delivered it to me when it was done, and even gave me $100 off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are awesome!
