Staff is friendly. Car technicians are honest and perform good work in a timely manner. I've used this service station for 30+ years. The new owner seems to be carrying on the tradition of reliable service. Plus they have done some new things that are appealing, such as a sitting area outside for customers and the website.

I took my car in for a fuel smell, Hines was professional in the process of the repair and I was back on the road and no more fuel smell. I take all my car needs to Hines, they also provided me a ride to work and back for free.
