good quality. poor service. I ordered furniture and 2 weeks later they said it would b delivered. Then I called and they said it would be another week because they didnt order it. I called 3 more times later that week and they still had not ordered it and said it wouldbe the 20th, ( a whole month and a half sice first attempt) and it will be delivered. I canceled my order due to irresponsibilities. Terrible service!!

Customer Service is AWEFUL!!. Before ordering my tables I specifically asked if they were available was assured they were not discontinued and that they could get them. 10 days after paying I was called and told that they were discontinued and was told "oh well" when I explained that I bought the matching pieces( elsewhere ) because I was assured they were available. Charles even went as far as to hang up on me when I told him if was his problem and he needed to fix it. I will NEVER ever order furniture from them again, I will crawl on glass and pay double the amount before spending my money with such people.
