Too many bad reviews online & in person for my taste. I would give him an even lower rating but with CitySearch it isn't possible. It's my opinion that Mr. Ogles is conceited, unprofessional and prideful without reason. I have known of him working for several individuals who were very dissatisfied with him. I met him and was immediately turned off by his clearly fake and overbearing attempt to be charming. After meeting him, looking at multiple review sites and checking into AOC CourtConnect (Arkansas' Administrative Office of the Courts public court case information records site), I realized HE WAS NOT the lawyer for me. John Ogles. My son and I have used him a few times. It has been a coupe of years now. Yes He is different! When my son needed him he was ALWAYS there for him and I mean when we ran out of money HE STILL CAME! I step ed back and trusted him to help my son. Never Rude to Me. John has never been anything but unprofessional to me. He is 4 hours from me and had no problem being in court on time for any court dates. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help fast.
very rude dishonest lawyer. a very rude dishonest lawyer Avoid using this very rude dishonest lawyer. He seems to be a money hungry lawyer, and he's refuses to return my money to me ,for being at fault for loosing my case in court. It was his fault for loosing this court case.He didn't know how to do anything right in court, and he messed things up so bad. He didn't know a thing about bankrupcy.He knew he was stealling my money from me, and he got away with it to.As you can see on his advertising at what type of lawyer he is. Since it was his fault the lawyer should feel responsible to pay me for what he caused me to loose. It was a lot of money he caused me to loose. But instead i never got to step foot inside the court house,not one time, REASON WHY....because john ogles never gave me a court date to go to court because he claimed he never got a court date, but i got papers proving other wise that he lied. the court said he was issued a court date but he held it back from me. SO I LOST IN COURT BECAUSE HE CLAIMED HE NEVER GOT THE COURT DATE,SO THEREFORE I WAS NEVER GIVEN A COURT DATE. I REALLY THINK HE WAS EITHER PAIDED OFF, OR SOMETHING. I took this lawyer to court,and lost my case against him ,because i was to late at sueing him,i waited to long. I would have won this case if it wasn't for being to late. And during the time that this was brought up on a suit,I started getting a bunch of restricted call about the time that mr.ogles got his notice of the suit. Then they all stopped around the court date. If this lawyer would have been truthful to me,about him not knowing anything about bankrupcy,I would have found a lawyer that did know,that goes to show you how money hungry he really is. Irresponsive. In a 6 month period, I called to get update twice and each time I was treated rudely. I was even asked "Why was I calling him?" I informed him that I had not called him enough to warrant his abruptness and reminded him of how long it had been without communication with him.
