Fantastic Service @ The Bridal Cottage. I have been to the bridal cottage several times as a bridesmaid for friends. They have always been nice and helpful.

When it came time for me to find my wedding gown I went to several shops and The Bridal Cottage was by far the best service and selection! I tried on probably 40 gowns total in all shops. Nobody made me feel as special as Vikki did at The Bridal Cottage. She made me feel comfortable and doted on me like a princess.

I hope everyone can have such a wonderful experience as i have. They made my day very memorable and I don't think my wedding wouldhave been as beautiful without their advice!

Bad Customer Service. Majority of the sales people at the bridal cottage were very nice and were concerned with my bridal needs. However, there were a few ladies who were very rude and acted like they didn't care. There was a specific blonde lady who was the rudest person I have encountered during my wedding planning process. I will not go back to the bridal cottage and I'm very upset about the way they treated me the last time I was there. Good luck when going there!!
