Great-if you love salt and grease by the bucket load.. We just visited tonight and the grade is F. Everything was oversalted except my ice water. Even the breadsticks were salty! The vinagrette dressing, vegetable assortment, angel hair pasta, chicken (from the Rosemary Lemon Chicken entree) were all over salted and over garliced. There is just no excuse for that! Also my entree was drenched in grease. I don't imagine it was expensive high quality olive oil, but even if it was it was awful. I can almost eat Alpo without complaining or even noticing, but I couldn't eat this. When I can't eat something, you know it is truly inedible.

Also the restaurant does not offer Thousand Island dressing nor bleu cheese dressing. Yeah sure, that's only America's #2 most popular salad dressing.

how can this be???. i'm astounded that when a search for the best restaurant in the greater little rock area is done that CARINO'S comes back as the highest rated! i don't know how the ratings work, but you've got to be kidding me. this restaurant is very mediocre at best. i've eaten there a couple times and it is ok, but hardly the best restaurant in the greater little rock area! this place is typical of chain restaurants that tend to use salt and fat as a subsitute for real flavor. get your ratings fixed... or get your taste buds fixed.

Carino's, Excellent!. Carino's a great Italian restuant, is well recommended by many people who dine out and those who are Italian themselves. I have not had Italian food since I lived in Venice, Italy for along time, but I tried this restuarant when I came back to US. This restuarant is very close to the Italian food in Italy. The prices are also moderate. They serve tasty hot fresh rolls, with a exumptuos dressing on the side. If anyone likes Italian go to this resturant its great!

MAMA MIA.... I and my family lived in northern Italy for 3 years. Needless to say, when we returned to the United States I suffered from home-cooked Italian food withdrawal. Then I discovered Carino's! The food, the service, and the ambience is truely authentic. I'm sure that were any of my native Italian friends to visit Little Rock, they would feel at home at Carino's.

Great place to eat!!. My family and I had to make a trip to Little Rock and just happened across Carino's and decided to try it out. Wow! What great food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! The menu will cater to anyone's italian taste buds and the atmosphere is great!
