Best steak in Little Rock period
by ashford
Every time me and the wife get an excuse to do so we treat ourselves to Sonny Williams. It is a bit expensive but the food is great and the service is wonderful. The only thing I could complain is they got rid of the chauteaubriand. That was a wonderful meat experience!
No skinny steaks, just like their motto says

I was in Little Rock for a month on business and this place was suggested to me as a great place to eat. It is a little pricey, especially for my measly $30 per diem but I purposely ate cheap 2 nights a week so I could go to Sonny William's every 3 nights. The steaks I had were great, the fillet (10 & 12 oz.) & T-bone. I have eaten at places like Fleming's and The Capitol Grill, both in Houston, TX. and this place was on par with them for ambiance, quality of food, service and the piano player was fantastic. He asked for any request and I asked if knew the piano interlude from The Godfather, when Marlon Brando is shot and Sonny has the family is "going to the mattresses". He played it note for note.
Any one going to Littler Rock should take an opportunity to visit the Clinton Library then treat yourself to Sonny William?s, it right down the street!
- Pros: Everyting about it was wonderful!
- Cons: If you have a per diem of less than $50, you may want to eat some place cheap ( like the dollar menu at Wendy's) so you can treat yourself to this place.
Superb Filet Mignon!

If I could afford it, I would eat at Sonny Williams several times a week. I love steak and the Filet Mignon at Sonny Williams is the best I've ever had. I also really like the atomoshere. I proposed to my wife there. I highly recommend Sonny Williams.
- Pros: Great food in a relaxed and comfortable atomoshere...
- Cons: For my budget, it's too expensive to enjoy as often as I would like
