They Don't Care. Driving around with no direction or decision on where to eat. Pizza sounded good and they had parking. Iriana's doesn't look like your typical pizza joint...thank you. It's a nice white space, dotted with red here and there and an open kitchen where they will show you how they really make their pizza and breads.

Order: cheese bread and a large pizza. While the order is in the oven, all six employees sit around the bar top playing on their phones, reading the paper, eating bread sticks. No big deal...I just hope they don't forget about our food. The cook suddenly gets up and rushes to the oven and pulls out burnt...black bread sticks. I hope those weren't ours. A server notices and asks "you're not going to serve those are you?" The cook and one other obviously contemplate what seems to be a tough decision....then they wrap them up in foil put them in paper sack and a few minutes later the delivery driver picks up the sack and out the door. "Standards" is a foreign word in this restaurant. Well since they screwed those up, what were they going to do? One cook disappears and returns with bread in his hands. Not dough...cooked bread. He places them on a pan, sprinkles cheese on top and tosses them into the oven. A few minutes later we have cheese bread on our table. They were awful! Just disgusting! No amount of marinara could save these. Tough and rubbery and the cheese pulled right off. You don't have to see half ass work to know you've been given half ass food. After that failure I was hoping for redemption in the form of a pizza. Overall the pizza was just okay. The dough lacked any flavor and the "sweep the floor" special saved the pizza.

No one was really running the place. The cooks obviously don't care about what they serve...they don't even try to hide it. The best part of the evening was our service.

Throw a DiGiorno in the oven or call Dominos.

Best damn pizza in Little Rock, yesterday & today!. I have never, repeat never, had a bad pizza here and I'm talking about ordering pizza from them for around 20 years. Their supreme has always been loaded with choice ingredients, has a very wonderfully unique flavor, and it takes both hands to hold each slice because they're so loaded with toppings. There's a reason they've been around so long: an absolutely excellent, world-class pizza, at a great price and consistently prepared and served that way. Let the overly-critical go elsewhere for some "foo-foo" posh eclectic new-age dining etc. and I will stay with Irianas. I wouldn't hesitate to invite the Food Network and their host of food "experts" to this pizzaria in order to see if they become "converts" to the cause of fantastic and extraordinary pizza. I predict, with certainity, that they would! Need I say more?

Average ol' Pizza Place. Pretty average. Prices are decent, food is decent. Nothing really stood out although it is well located if you work downtown.

Yummy sandwiches, free delivery to downtown!. While staying at The Peabody, I headed out to explore and found this eatery nearby. I ordered a "half" Veggie Grinder to go. It took them 25 minutes to make it. But, it was de.lici.ous! It cost $3.99 and included a bag of Ruffles chips. The sandwich was served hot and had mushrooms, zuchinni, peppers, onions, olives, lettuce, tomatoes & cheese, on HOMEMADE FRENCH BREAD. Very yummy, very affordable, very nice atmosphere and very nice staff! Win, win.
