Best Chinese Restaurant in Little Rock. I used to live in LR for 4 years and now live in Seattle, WA. One thing always draws me back to Little Rock is FU LIN restaurant!!! Everytime my friend visits from LR, I ask them to bring their Hot and Sour soup in a big container. They are the best at: Crab ragoon, fried dumplings, shcezuan (probably wrong spelling) garlic squid, and general tso's chicken, and also the fried noodle. Yummy... bring me back there..!!…
