NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED.
WENT TO WEST END AND HAD A GREAT DINNER. ORDERED SOME WINE TO HAVE FOR DINNER AND THE WINE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AND THEREFORE NOTIFIED THE WAITRESS THAT THE WINE WAS NOT THE TASTE THAT I THOUGHT
IT WOULD BE AND ASKED IF I COULD ORDER A DIFFERENT DRINK WHICH I DID WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY THE BILL, THE WINE WAS STILL ON MY BILL AND WAS TOLD THAT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE DRINK THAT I DIDNOT DRINK. TOLD ME TO CALL SOME NUMBER IF I WANTED TO HAVE IT REMOVED FROM MY BILL AND THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE I ORDERED IT OFF THE MENU, OF COURSE I ORDERED IT OFF THE MENU, WHERE ELSE WOULD I ORDER IT FROM. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE DOES REALIZE THAT THEY MAKE THERE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND THAT IT IS GOOD BUSINESS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED WITH THEIR DINING EXPERIENCES SO THAT THEY CAN RECEIVE GOOD REVIEWS WHICH LEADS TO MORE PROFITS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT. MADE THE STATEMENT THAT SHE COULD NOT HAVE PEOPLE COMING IN AND ORDERING A DRINK, TAKING A SIP AND SAYING THEY DON'T LIKE IT AND NOT PAY FOR IT, UM EXCUSE ME HOW ABOUT PAYING FOR SOMETHING WORTH PAYING FOR.
OVERALL: FOOD- GREAT, SERVICE- SUCKS…
I GIVE THIS PLACE F-. SERVICE SUCKS! AND THE OWNER GRETA'S ATTITUDE SUCKS AS WELL...SHES REALLY TEACHING HER SERVERS WELL!!!!!!!!! WONT BE BACK...WESTEND HAS CHANGED
SLOW SERVICE.... The place is usually good IF you can get service. Wait staff is slow... Food has consistant quality to above average but that means little when you can't even get a drink without phoning the manager
Introducing the WestEnd. I've been here a few times and its a good place to go. The bar is good the bartenders and barbacks are well skilled. The food is adequite and the service is great. Good place to go adn relax or go watch the game and play billards.…
They don't call it a "smokehouse" for nothing....
Love the place. The food is good, the staff is good, great atmosphere, very casual but nice, great seating, great parking, great drinks...the only negative I have is that there is SO much smoke in
that place that I can't breathe. I rarely go anymore because the smoke is so overbearing. I know it is a bar and smoke happens but after I washed my clothes and hair twice to get the smell out, I decided to go to more air friendly places.
So if you are a heavy smoker...go for it!…
