Love this salon! Such great customer service and friendliness all around. I wish I lived here, so this could be my go-to salon always. Also, love the Aveda products and cleanliness.

SO RUDE. I was really disappointed how I was treated after being a customer for a year and referring several friends. One thing they don't tell you when you set up an appointment and give them your credit card information is that they save it forever in your file. And if you can't make your appointment you will be charged however much your appointment was going to cost. For me that was 100$ and they charge it to your card that they saved the very first appointment. Beware of falling into their trap.the receptionist is very rude and the high cost is not worth the mediocre services I received. I do regret wasting a year of my time and money at the salon after I went to anue salon on kanis. Anue salon has GREAT prices and great services. I will definitely be going there for now on!!

a great salon!. the owner, brigitte, has been styling my hair for years.

she has excellent taste and has always been very honest with me about cut and color. i always feel special when i am there and my hair always looks great when i leave! the receptionist is always kind to find an appointment i can make due to my own work schedule. they have all kinds of services, manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc and i love the Aveda products. all in all it's a fabulous salon!

rude. I didn't even make to the salon. I called to try and make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude. Plus they want to know your address, where you live, and you have to give them your credit card information over the phone before they will even give you an appointment. Sorry but that is ridiculous. I am not giving my credit card information over the phone to someone I don't know. No thanks! Think i will pass on this salon. They lost my business so now I will just have to find somewhere else to go where they arn't so rude.

The BEST. This is one of the best salons I have ever been to. I am a local and a native to Arkansas and have been to many many salons in Little Rock. I have extremley difficult hair and every stylists I have been to is great and very very professional. The salon is super clean and everyone was extremely friendly (offered to hang up my jacket, offered me a beverage, and even threw in a complimentary hand massage and scalp massage).. I would recommend to EVERYONE!!!!! Kameron

Charming Atmosphere. I have been to this salon twice and have received good haircuts each time. My only complaint would be the unfriendly and somewhat abrupt tone of the individual I spoke with on the phone when making the appointments. After I complained I received a nice note in the mail apologizing for the unfriendly service. The salon is in a lovely, charming building which lends itself to a positive salon experience.
