Best in Little Rock. Everything about this restaurant is fantastic! The people are nice, the ambiance is great, the fish is awesome - every time. It is quaint, not over- or under-done decor, but you can tell that it is 'family'. The people care about their offerings. Paul is very creative, honest, and serves only the best fish. he created a new roll for me on my last trip that was really very good - we laughed as we tried to create a name for it!
