Very snobby, not so good. This place is uneven. A few stylist are great, but they are always booked, so unless you are a long standing customer of theirs, you will get a "newbie" that will butcher and discolor your hair - and charge you the same as the good, long-standing stylists. The only thing that is ALWAYS constant is the snobby attitude of the place - from receptionist to floor sweeper - they are SO much better than you. My advice is only go here if you have a reference for a stylist you are comfortable with seeing. Don't let the reception book you with any available stylist. They aren't good, and you will pay way too much. Also, be prepared for the frosty gazes from everyone (including the customers) and the checking out of your handbags, shoes and jewerly to determine your station in life.
