Perhaps Saintmoe has unrealistic expectations for her hair... Was it damaged prior to her visit to WIvy? Did she already have a wacky haircut? And ALL prior color that had been applied can be difficult to "fix". I know all of the ladies at WIvy... They are knowledgable, curteous and kind. I am certain they did their best to reach Saintmoe's expectations.... However, In this industry, you can't please everyone all the time.

Ok hair............but they don't listen.. I went to the Wild Ivey to have my hair cut, colored and highlighted. My hair looks ok.....I told the stylist, Lisa, exactly what I wanted and exactly what I did not want. Apparently we did not connect in communication. After the first try my hair did not look anything like I wanted it to look so we got out a magazine and I showed her.....after the 2nd try it looked ok but really not much different than when I came in. Just a little better. The haircut looks really good and the head massage during the shampoo was awesome. I really enjoyed the stylist but wish she had listened to me. I wanted a rich, dark base color with highlights of blonde that stand out. What I have is almost exactly what I came in with that I did not like....My hair is a little darker for the base but not a rich chocolate brown and the highlights are making me look blonde instead of the rich brown tones being the star....Oh well...anyone know of a good stylist who will listen? This is my 3rd try.
