Do not go to RentMax- Liars, Scams- Rocky- Worst Employee

I am WARNING all that are even considering going through rentmax...the man dustin told me that i could not find these houses anywhere else...after i hav wasted my $59 i get a list of houses that are run down beat up and in the worst neighborhoods you can possibly think of...some of the houses i had already been to....they get their houses on the list the same way we find houses...they drive around 1and look at FOR RENT signs...the put them on a list...then they say they do all the work for you so you dont have to waist you gas...but you do have to waist your gas looking at houses thats not even worth looking at...i called back and spoke to a man named ROCKY!-the rudest person i have ever talked to..i work in customer service and if someone calls in mad...u are suppose to stay calm...he got rude hung up in my face and before he hung up he told me he don't care...if you don't care then why do they act like they care about helping you find a house in the begginning...they do tht just to get ur money....it's all a scam! Never go to this place.....i wish it was some way I could get it shut down...They are liars and manipulate people out of their money..$59 may not be alot to you...but its alot to me...and i advice you to keep it before u waist it on this dump.!

MISLEADING

We are moving to another state and flew in to look at rentals. We were specific about needs including Pet Friendly. Everyplace we called was rented weeks before. The ones that were available were dumps, I would not put my dogs in them. They peeople are extremely rude on the telephone and use fake names. What's that all about.

Took $71 dollars from us, in a dump of an office. I would have preferred to burn 71 bucks on something useful.

We were ripped off and would NOT reccommend this service to anyone. Save your money and use a local property management company.

FIRST THIS SCAM HAS MOVED TO TEXAS UNDER RENT MAX USA SAME THING!!! I WAS PROMISED THAT ME AND MY HUSBAND WOULD BE ABLE TO GET A HOUSE WITH HIM HAVING A FELONY AND NOT ONE PERSON WOULD AND THE HOUSES WERE NOT THE SIZE, IN OUR BUDGET AND WERE 85% RENT TO OWN I WANTED A RENT HOUSE DID NOT WANT TO BUY ONE!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS PLACE GO TO RENT MAX ONLINE IT IS FREE!!!!!!!! SSSSSSCCCCCCCAAAAAAAMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
