You will regret using this company!!

We hired this company several months ago to replace fogged glass in most of the windows on our WLR home. There quote was cheaper than other companies, and now I know why. They did not show up when scheduled on several occasions. They ripped holes in almost all of our screens during the process. It's been less than a year and some of the windows they replaced are already fogging up again. . I paid our bill in full, when they were 90% done with the job. Big Mistake! They quit returning my call, and never installed the last two windows. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

Quality Work / Excellent Service

This company, WLRG, has done great work for the design store I manage consistently over a period of two years. They service the glass in our retail shop, as well as install into our client's homes. The owner even worked in our client's home on his wedding day. If that's not a commitment to excellence I don't know what is. The owner is one of the nicest people I've met in this state. If you had a problem with him, you should probably look into the mirror.

Do Not Use This Company

First, my shower door leaked because it was not properly sealed. Second, the rubber trim around the glass is starting to seperate. Third and finally, when I sent in a letter stating the problem it was ignored, so I had to fix it myself. In my conversations with Gavin he was extremely rude and would call 5-7 times a day leaving several harsh voicemails and he would send annoying text messages. This guy has a major ego problem and on top of everything else his company does substandard work. Be very leery of Gavin and make sure that you are completely satisfied before you pay.

Find another glass company

Several times appointments were made for measurements, then for installation. I'd leave work to be home for the appointment and nobody would show. I'd call and get a sob story about the parts didn't come in and sorry for not calling to cancel. This happened many times. They installed shower doors and one door had a "rub" in it that you can't polish out. They said they'd be back to replace the door. I made the mistake of paying the bill. It's been weeks and they haven't replaced the door.

Do not use this company! If you do, get a written quote for all charges up front and don't pay for anything until you are 100% satisfied.

horrible.

we were warned by a friend that this company was bad. but gavin was cheaper than the other estimate. it took over six weeks and four different appiontments for our mirrors to be installed. they scratched the walls and trim. they spackled and painted and that made it worse. then gavin refused to pay for a painter to fix the problems his workers had created. we were warned and now so you have been.
