Avoid it. I was going to this salon for 8 months, and really liked it. However, last time when I was not satisfied with my hair color, and after scheduling the next visit to fix it, I got letter in the mail from Katy where she refused to do my hair for no significant reason (without any referrals). I was very disappointed, I always appertained Katy working on my hair. I just call it plain lazy and lack of professional experiences with client. If you expect more mature approach to all client?s needs, skip this salon.
