Great Service!. I was treated like I would expect at a higher end store. The staff was halpful and assisted me in whatever I needed. They weren't too pushy, but they were willing to answer my questions. When I picked my two frames. I was happy to learn that the prices were about $150 for 2 pairs being able to turn dark in sunlight. I came back a month later because I noticed that they were tight around the ears. They gladly fixed them, and even cleaned them at no cost, no questions asked! This company is very customer friendly, at the right price.

Done Right!. Used to go to the store in West Little Rock, but now I go to the one in North Little Rock. I love these stores! The employees are knowledgable and very friendly. I'll be back!

Done Wrong. We have been using Success Vision Express for years. My husband's lense came out of his glasses and got stepped on. We called them and was told that all we had to do was pay the insurance since our year was not up yet. We were told it would be a week or so. I called after a week and half and was told that they had to send the lense back due to the transitions were not put on the lense. After a week later a woman from the North Little Rock office called and stated that we were going to have to pay full price due to my husband prescription had expired. She was very rude. When it was all over she stated that she did not want our business and to come get our money. I have never been treated no badly and my husband still does not have his glasses.

Good Service. Was greeted when I came in. They had an excellent selection and it was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly too. The only downside was that they were busy so the glasses was done in about close to 2hrs. But with how many people they had in the store, 2hrs is still excellent.

Good Service!. I was greeted immediately when I entered the building, despite them being swamped! Then someone came over about 5 mins later to see if I needed help. They were very helpful! They looked at my prescription and said I needed trifocals and it would be better to have a bigger frame. I thought they would only have ugly, old people looking frames, but I saw some fashionable ones that would work with my prescription. They weren't badly priced either. So far, I haven't had any problems with the glasses, the scratch resistant is working and the glasses haven't fallen apart. I'll be coming back for sure!

Who says Inexpensive and Quality Can't Work Together?. I was surprised that they have such quality, stylish frames at low costs. Not to mention, the service and the speed of getting the frames was the icing on the cake! The only down side was that they were busy and it took close to an hour and a half to get my glasses. The time didn't bother me as much because the last time I got glasses (somewhere else), it took a day to get them back. So, 1 1/2hrs was quiet the improvement!

Best in Town. My German Shepherd chewed my glasses so I had to get some new ones. Needless to say I wasn't in a good mood already, when they told me I had to get a new exam. I did the exam and I came back to look at the frames. The staff didn't irritate me more, actually they uplifted my mood. I found 2 pairs that put my outdated frames to shame. Actually, the wife approves so I guess that's all that matters. She saw mine so now she wants a new pair.

Great Deal!. Went in and I was greeted by people who looked like they wanted to be there. I said I saw the $99 bifocal on tv and I wanted that. They showed me the walls that would honor that promotion. I found a couple of styles. Everything was so cute it took me awhile to decide! I ended up asking the opinion of the staff and they helped me narrow it down. I got one pair as my regular glasses and the other as sunglasses. I like these frames and I'll recommend them to my friends and family! Good job Success Vision!

success vision sucks. went in with glasses i bought there. they broke in half and fell off my face???? went in directly because i need them to drive and work. well first the girl at the desk could not tell me if the glasses are covered. the managers not there. so she lied. then made me wait till he returned then cant get me new glasses till tomorrow????? glasses in one hour, lie. glasses 2 pair for 99.00. lie. crappy products, and the old bate and switch. if you read this and still use success vision, then you deserve what ever they screw you for!!!

Dont do it!. Been back several times because when I clean my glasses, the lens pops out. Sometimes they try little things, but it doesnt fix the problem. Today a man told me "well, just don't do that!". I told him I had to clean them & asked for the manager. He proudly told me HE was the manager...that he would do nothing, this was "the best he could do". When I asked if he had a boss, he laughed. He mocked me & sarcastically wished me a good night. I manage a business & that's not good business, folks.
