great storage. Could'nt ask for more from a storage place. Nice people, door alarms, free truck to move in with. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
none better. I have been to many self storage facilities and have never seen one nicer. Few facilties in Arkansas offer individual door alarms and a move in van for free. Could not ask for more.
THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL. The general manager will not work with you at all should you get a little behind on the storage bill. I have been there for the past 6 years and with the economy being bad, I have gotten a little behind on my bill. I really expected them to work with me in this situation uut I was told to either pay up or they would sell all of my stuff. The manager said that the did not care what I was going thru and I asked to speak to the owner and was told that I could not talk to him period. As soon as I can I am moving my stuff to another storage where the people are more considerate. Just wanted everyone to know how uncaring these people are!…
