This place is great! They answer the phone when I call in to check on her, and really seem to pay extra attention to her, without charging crazy fees. They are extremely accommodating when it comes to drop off and pick up hours. I am definitely pleased with their service!

What a great place to board your dog! I have used this kennel several times, and have loved it! I know my dog isn't having a bad time when he is here. He has animal planet... how much could he hate that?

Chenal Pet Palace has such wonderful and caring employees, and wonderful facilities. I feel 100% confident that my dog is going to be okay when she is here. I love this place, and wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else.

I believe that this is the best place for my dog. They take really good care of her. They keep her moving and exercised. She always comes back clean and well fed.
