RUDE employees at this location!!. I'm posting this review where ever I can to let people know how ridicilous this place is. I went into this store to buy a phone. I only wanted a Pay As You Go phone and not a contract. Something cheap that worked. As soon as they heard this, they let me continue to look at the phones and told me to take my time, not less than 30 seconds later I heard 2 of the young male salesmen by the other wall snickering and whispering rude comments about "Yeah, a cheap phone looks exactly like what she needs". I caught a glimpse of them in the reflection in a mirror and stood there watching them for a good 2 minutes before I turned around and snapped "Maybe a new JOB looks to be exactly what YOU need" and stormed out. Even the woman behind the register just looked at me, didn't say a word or anything. I made a report to the manager the next day, and had a friend of mine go in there 2 weeks later, and sure enough, those guys are still there. The AT&T store on Hogan is a joke and needs to be shut down or hire some new employees who actually CARE about EVERY customer! I know this is not AT&T's fault but maybe they need to hire people to "secret shop" and get a REAL idea about customer service in the stores.
