I'm very upset. I moved to a new state August 1st it is now November 22. I've been repeatedly calling, leaving messages, emailing, and doing what ever i can do have them stop charging my account and now someone calls me and tells me that they are going to send me to 3rd party collections because they havn't been paid when I've been trying to cancel for 4 months! I am currently on hold with customer service and I've been on hold for 50 minutes now. This is the worst business I've ever been in contact with.
