Pizza decent, everything else subpar

Vino's pizza is pretty tasty but the atmosphere is horrible. Everything is dirty, dingy, and uncared for. The staff act like they couldn't care less that you are there or not. The service is incredibly slow even though you usually get seated quickly. Me and my wife used to go there often when we were younger but now there are too many other good pizza options in LR to put up with this place.

Never Again, Awful Customer Service, Uneven cooking, Nasty, Filthy

Tried to call in a take-out pizza order for 45 minutes. Redialed over and over. Phone was continuously busy. Finally jumped in the car and drove down. Upon arrival, the clerk behind the counter ignored me and was chatting on a personal phone call. After I finally ordered my pizza (one large 16" Vino's Supreme for carry out), sat down in a filthy chair. The tables were not cleared even though business appeared slow. Very few patrons in front rooms (it was Saturday at 4:30 PM). I saw an employee touch their hair then top a salad with cheese. Nasty! Waited 38 minutes for my large pizza, the crust was wet and soggy in the middle, but burnt on the edges. The bottom of the pizza was black. I've been eating here off and on for 16 years. I've seen the food taste, portion size, and customer service plummet in the last year. The questionable characters panhandling in the parking lot across the street was the last straw. There are too many better options available now, including Damgoode Pies, Iriana's Pizza, Pizza For Less, and even PaPa John's Pizza. Unfortunately, Vino's pizza doesn't taste any better than one of the PaPa John's signature New York style pizzas (and they answer the phone and deliver!)

Overall: A disaster for me. I'll never return again.

• Pros: They accept credit cards. Nothing else.
• Cons: Food taste, customer service, value, cleanliness, panhandlers.

Vino's is the best place to go for great Italian food for a low price. they also have home-brewed beers if that's your thing. they have amazing live music almost every night. great place for teens & college kids to hang out & have fun.

• Pros: live music, great food, nice atmosphere
• Cons: limited seating, noisy(not to me)

Beats Pizza D'

Vino's fulfills every patron's need to be patronized. If you're looking for a place to see a decent show, they're a must. But if you're looking for service at your beckon call, go to somewhere fancier, like Taco Bell. It's nice not to have little punk rock kids act snooty towards you.

Also, pretty limited menu. For food, that is. There are a lot of beers, if that's your bag.
