Barely a step above Motel 6

There were definitely a few signs that we should have steered clear of this sad attempt at a hotel. The Bus Entrance sign was made up of two different signs. When we arrived in our room, the cable did not work on our television. The remote control was also barely operable. There were stains on the walls. The toilet was malfunctioning and ran water all night long. When my guest and I went to search for something that had rolled under the bed, we found all sorts of treasures; several spools of thread, wadded up pieces of paper, a spare coffee-pot, and just plain filth. The comforter on the bed had a large red stain. The bath tub would not drain properly, and the hotel provided no hair conditioner for their guests. The alarm had not been checked because it went off at 8:00 AM in the morning disrupting our sleep after a long day of driving. On top of all of this, the hotel charged my credit card TWICE for one night. Which is even more upsetting because we paid cash. When confronted the following day regarding these charges, the receptionist was incredibly rude. I had to call twice to get them to fax me my receipt. Two days later and I am still living to the nightmare of staying at this hotel! Do not stay here!

Great Hotel to stay in Little Rock, Arkansas

We got a good deal thru hotelscom and stayed 2 nights. Everything that was suppposed to work, worked. The place was clean and the people were nice. If you like coffee, oj, fresh waffles, fruits and bagged pastry then life will be good for you. Plenty of places to eat just one block driving ditance.
- Pros: Wonderful Service!
- Cons: Static sounds on phone while I was callng, might be weather

The Best Little Rock Hotel Accommodation

The accomodations were great - good safe, convenient location and good value. However, the staff is what made our experience great - they were extremely helpful. The only room available when we checked in had a king size bed was perfect.This was a late arrival, leave early stop over coming from a 4 day convention and looking for quick access to catch an early morning flight home. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable.
- Pros: Easy Access From I-30, good location.
- Cons: Walking distance restaurant was not open late hours.
